While EFIS has supported the Ceppellini School for several years, in 2011 it declared the School one of its "regularly-sponsored activities".  This privileged status was granted to only five schools, symposia or activities in Europe, and the School is honoured to carry the name "EFIS-EJI Ruggero Ceppellini Advanced School of Immunology".
